1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the asc44 platform and all its services. The asc44 website (https://asc44.cam) and all gaming services, betting facilities, and financial transactions provided under it are covered by these Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Voluntary Participation: You must participate on the platform voluntarily and of your own free will, not under pressure or inducement from anyone.
• One Account Policy: Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Self-Excluded Individuals: Those who have voluntarily applied to exclude themselves from gambling may not open an account.

3. Account Registration and Security

• Report any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity to support immediately.
• Operating an account through a third party or transferring an account is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts may not be operated from the same device or IP address.

Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Currency and Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. Where applicable, tax obligations are entirely the user's responsibility. asc44 does not deduct any tax amounts or provide tax advice.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

asc44 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its registered users. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a set time from the date the bonus is granted.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to anyone else or converted to cash.

VIP Program Cashback

• Bronze Level: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver Level: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold Level: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum Level: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

General Bonus Terms

• A welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, asc44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• asc44 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on the asc44 platform — including slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket betting, and others — each have their own specific gaming rules. These rules are described in detail within each game.

General Gaming Policy

• Fair play is ensured across all games. Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the system may result in account cancellation.
• Winnings resulting from technical errors may not be valid, and asc44 reserves the right to cancel them.
• In the event of a disconnection, the outcome of any active bet will be determined according to the server's records.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the specific game and the terms of any promotion.

Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the outcome of bets will be determined in accordance with asc44's betting rules. Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other leagues.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the asc44 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account cancellation and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false, forged, or another person's identity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Coordinating with other users to defraud the system (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account using third-party funds.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users through the platform.
• Using asc44's intellectual property or trademarks without authorization.

Any suspicious activity is monitored by our security team. Accounts and funds may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting us via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed, however bonus balances will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

asc44 makes every effort to provide services as a safe and reliable platform, however our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Any losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or cyberattacks.
